JKS

JKS translates a decade of drumming experience into a magnetic exploration of rhythm, weight and movement - a journey through the sounds that shaped him long before he ever touched an electronic drum machine. Rooted in techno, his music is percussive, hypnotic and textured, with driving, sexy grooves, evolving layers and a raw, physical energy that feels both fierce and deeply seductive. JKS navigates between chaos and control, drawing from UK bass, 140, broken techno and many other influences with effortless precision.

An active force in the underground for over ten years, JKS first emerged as a founding member of Molekül, later forging his own path with the creation of Smile Sessions in 2020. The label has grown into a space for new talent, helping emerging artists find their voice while staying true to the spirit of the scene.
